Returns Policy

Successful wine delivery is collaborative; we rely on the details you provide at the time you place your order as well as your timely follow-up should any issues arise after you’ve received your tracking information.

If your wine is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts we will absorb the return transit cost but you may incur an additional charge to have your wine re-shipped.

Due to quality control concerns, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your wine has been delivered.
